Today we were totally blown away by the progress made at 8 Sandpiper. The four-man crew worked all day to frame out the first floor and get all of the walls in place. It is all taking shape in record time! As you can see from the photos, the first floor will have four bedrooms, three bathrooms and laundry facilities. Two of the bedrooms will have adjoining bathrooms and the third bathroom will be accessible through the hallway. The middle area left open in the floor is for the main staircase.
