Today we walked around the first floor of 8 Sandpiper and were able to see all of the first floor bedrooms taking shape. The lumber for the second floor has been delivered so we think the second floor will be going up this week!
The first floor will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a laundry room and two hall closets. It will also have access to the front and rear decks.
