This past Friday we visited 8 Sandpiper and found two crews at work – our framers were installing all of the windows and another crew was laying shingles on the roof. Lots of action to see! With the windows installed, the rooms are really coming together, pretty soon the siding and exterior doors will also be installed. In addition, the form for the concrete pad under the house was also built and will most likely be poured this week. The ground-level studs that will enclose the parking area were also installed, as well as the front and back steps. We were excited to be able to stop in to see all of the crews at work, everything is coming together nicely. Below are a few shots from our visit.
