Now we are getting into the fun stuff, deck board is being laid and the exterior of 8 Sandpiper is coming together!  The deck floor is a manufactured product that will resist splintering and there are no nails to stub your toes!  We picked a grey color that goes with the blue of the siding, which we think looks really great.   We can’t wait to be able to sit back and relax on the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze when it is all completed!  The painters have also been at work, painting the wood trim white around the edges of the deck as well as the sides of the house.

The lower back deck was completed this week at 8 Sandpiper.
