The decks are finally complete on both the front and back of 8 Sandpiper.  The crews also finished the insulation and all of the interior drywall is set to be completed by next week as well.  In addition, the exterior siding is almost done and we have learned that the metal roof for the front porch has also arrived.

The deck board is a manufactured product which means no splinters, no rusty nails and no stubbed toes!  You can see from the photos below how great it looks.
