Today we visited 8 Sandpiper and were extremely excited to see that the metal roof has started to be installed! The color of the metal is “copper penny” which is a a beautiful compliment to the dark blue siding. The exterior of the house is nearing completion with the wood siding around the carport being painted and primed, and the ceiling of the carport is almost complete.
We have been busy making many of our interior selections such as flooring, bathroom and kitchen finishes which are the next step of installation. The drywall crew was also hard at work this week sanding and spackling the interior rooms.
