FOCACCIA ROBIOLA DELUXE
Created by Ciro Verdi, owner of the historic “DaCiro Ristorante” in NYC.  Crispy and thin focaccia filled with specially blended Robiola cheese, oven dried tomatoes, arugula and prosciutto, toppedwith a drizzle of white truffle oil.  This dish is only made in three locations in the U.S.

BISTECCA DI VITELLO
16 oz.Veal Porterhouse, roasted to a medium temperature in our wood fired oven, seasoned with Italian herbs and extra virgin olive oil

fresh prawns, clams, mussels and calamari cooked in a fennel and herb flavored broth, served over pasta
