We hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season with their families, we definitely are!  This past week we visited 8 Sandpiper to check on the progress of the hardwood floors which started to be installed.  The wood is hand-scraped with a white wash finish for a beachy, rustic feel – it is looking great!  When the crew gets back from vacation, work will start on installing the hardwood on the first floor as well as the carpet in the bedrooms.

Next, the kitchen cabinets will be installed and the finishing touches will be added for all of the rooms.  We have selected all of our light fixtures and ceiling fans for installation as well, so those will also be installed in the coming weeks!  For now, here are some photos to show the progress so far.
