We have finally selected all of the outdoor lanterns, chandeliers, sconces and ceiling fans for the inside of 8 Sandpiper so when the electrician is back to finish adding all of the switch plates he will also install all of the light fixtures too.  When choosing the lights we stuck to a rustic feel and for many of the lights we chose a seeded glass for its texture and uniqueness. Below are some of the lights that will be installed throughout the house.

Hinkley Oil Rubbed Bronze “Freeport” light will be on the upper and lower rear decks

Livex Lighting Milford 4-light foyer pendant in bronze with seeded glass will be the light installed in the first floor main entrance of the house.

Elk Lighting’s “Maritime” light in the color hazelnut will be the feature lights on the front of the house flanking the front door.

A smaller version of Elk Lighting’s “Maritime” will be installed on the balcony of junior master suite #1.
