Since the hardwood flooring has been laid on the second floor, the kitchen has moved full steam ahead and all of the cabinets are being hung and installed.  Also, a separate crew working on the deck railings has been busy at work and is almost finished.  Take a look at the photos below!

Next, the carpet will be installed in all of the bedrooms and hardwood flooring will be installed in the main foyer entrance and hallways on the first floor.  Finally, all of the appliances and plumbing will be able to be completed.  Stay tuned for more details and don’t forget to contact us if you would like to rent the house this summer.  We are already receiving rental inquiries and have posted our 2014 rental rates, we can’t wait for summer!
