Yesterday we took a trip to visit 8 Sandpiper and check on all of the interior finishes that are being completed. The biggest item that was new this time was the granite countertops in the kitchen. As we have mentioned previously, the color we chose was “fantasy brown” which has a lot of grey, blue and green tones – representative of the ocean. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the results and have some photos to share below.
In addition, all of the flooring is almost complete. The carpet has been laid in almost all of the bedrooms and the ceramic tile in the bathrooms and downstairs entrance is also in the process of being grouted and finished. Once all of the flooring is finished, the plumber can come in to finish installing all of the fixtures.
