We know it has been a while since our last post, and we are happy to report that our final closing has been scheduled for mid March. We promise to post additional photos of the interior of 8 Sandpiper as soon as we get the furniture in! The number one question we keep getting from those interested in renting the property is “Will the home be fully furnished?” and the answer is “YES!”
Below are some photos from our last few visits. The bathroom vanities, mirrors and towel racks have been hung and the gravel has been laid in the driveway. All of the lighting fixtures are up and the finishing touches are being completed on the inside. All plumbing and electrical is operational and we have even managed to bring some patio furniture for when we visit!
