The Cofrancisco Family

The 8 Sandpiper blog is dedicated to a family beach house located in the Cape Shores development of Lewes, Delaware.  The house is owned by the Cofrancisco family who have been vacationing in Lewes for more than three decades.  They are excited to share their beach house with others who love Lewes.

8 Sandpiper features five bedrooms and four and-a-half bathrooms and is available for weekly and nightly rentals.  This new-construction beach house features a reverse floor plan with four bedrooms on the first floor and the master bedroom, den, kitchen and main living area on the second floor.  There is room for 10-13 people to enjoy this spacious beach retreat located on a quiet cul-de-sac steps away from the bay-side beach and tennis courts.  Cape Shores is located along Cape Henlopen Drive, situated between the Cape-May Lewes Ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park.
