When you add all of that to 8 Sandpiper’s community features such as walking/bike access to Cape Henlopen State Park, a community pool, fishing pier and tennis courts, it is easy to see why we fell in love with the Cape Shores development in Lewes.

Homes in Cape Shores almost always have ample driveway and under-house storage which allows more room to bring bikes, kayaks and beach gear. Having space to store and quickly grab all of the items we use throughout our vacation is helpful when a group wants to go on a bike ride or walk to the beach. Plus, we always bring multiple cars anywhere we stay so having room for three to five cars in the driveway is great to be able to accommodate all of our guests.
