Cape Shores
How Far is the Beach?
To get to the bayfront beach all you have to do is walk out of the cul-de-sac where 8 Sandpiper is located and up to the bay. This is all within the neighborhood and should take about 5-10 minutes. If you want to go to the ocean, we suggest Cape Henlopen State Park which is right next to Cape Shores which is about a 5 minute drive. Note, there is an entry fee to get into Cape Henlopen, unless you ride your bike or walk into the park!
